Is this service secure?

Yes! You are the only person who can access your password-protected registration information. Any working or old email addresses that you register are completely confidential and will never be disclosed to anyone, per our Privacy Policy.

What are 'Privacy Protection Levels?'

When you register, you have the choice of 2 levels of privacy protection:

1. Optimal Protection -- your FreshAddress is released to anyone who searches for you and already knows your name or one of your email addresses
2. Extreme Protection -- your FreshAddress is not released until you give your approval. You decide on a case-by-case basis how to respond.

What if I don't want someone to have my email address?

You should choose Extreme Protection as your Privacy Protection Level. This means that we will send you an email each time a visitor to the site wants to know your FreshAddress. We will tell you who is trying to contact you and you can decide how to respond on a case-by-case basis.

How do I update my Privacy Protection Level?

You can update your Privacy Protection Level at any time in the Member Services section of our website.
